Sales Administrator Job in Central London

Sales Administrator job with a leading furniture dealership based in Central London. The practice has one of the largest networks of clients in their industry, both within London and across Europe. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for a Sales Administrator to assist with order entry. Offering a salary of up to £33,000 plus hybrid working and strong progression opportunities.

Established over two decades ago, our client is one of the most well-connected privately owned dealerships in London. Their team of 20+ works with a range of clients from architecture practices, design & build firms, developers, and end-users.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sales administration and order entry for client accounts across Europe
  • Research and understanding of trends within the commercial furniture industry
  • Assist with inbound and outbound calls to clients
  • Work alongside the team for quotes, BoQs, procurement, and specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience within sales administration, order entry, or similar
  • Proficiency with Excel; PCon experience is also highly desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of commercial furniture industry
  • Strong attention to detail.

What you get back

  • Salary up to £33,000
  • Remote working on Fridays
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (3 days retained for Christmas shutdown)
  • Work hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm.
