Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate land and property advice and related services on behalf of appointed clients
• Manage varied tasks and schemes while meeting agreed deadlines, objectives and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, landowners, occupiers and internal stakeholders
• Lead negotiations, manage stakeholder expectations and provide constructive feedback throughout each project
• Develop long-term property and asset improvement strategies aligned with individual client requirements
• Manage capital budgets, operational budgets and investment programmes across assigned property portfolios
• Maintain comprehensive project records, client updates and audit compliance with established ISO procedures
• Support trainees while developing appropriate new business opportunities across north-east England locations

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within rural surveying, land agency, infrastructure or a closely related position
• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification preferred, with experienced applicants working towards qualification considered
• Experience managing Farm Business Tenancies, Licences to Occupy and Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and relevant GIS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects alongside substantial quantitative and qualitative project information
• Confident communication skills when meeting colleagues, clients, landowners and stakeholders on site
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and responsibility for completing work to deadlines
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel regularly between sites and project locations
