Role & Responsibilities

• Undertake client visits and meetings across Scotland to support project delivery and relationship management
• Advise on land rights and access agreements for utilities and infrastructure projects
• Assist with compensation claims related to rural land and utilities schemes
• Carry out valuations for renewable energy and associated development projects
• Produce digital mapping outputs and manage accurate land referencing information
• Attend regular client and internal meetings to ensure effective communication and progress tracking
• Support project coordination across multiple stakeholders within rural and utilities environments
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements across all workstreams

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience working as a Rural Surveyor or Land Agent within a similar environment
• Chartered Surveyor status preferred with Registered Valuer accreditation beneficial
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for regional travel requirements
• Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and face-to-face client interactions
• Experience advising on land rights, compensation, or utilities-related projects
• Digital mapping experience with relevant software tools is desirable
• Knowledge of rural activities such as farming or forestry is advantageous
• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects within a collaborative team structure

• Salary between £45,000 and £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications
