Revit Technician (Workplace) Job in Bath, Somerset

Revit Technician job now available, with our client in Bath. The role will see you involved in a wide variety of commercial fit-out projects across the UK, managing the technical designs and construction detailing alongside a team of creatives. The ideal candidate will be coming from a similar role in the commercial sector. Offering a salary of up to £45,000 + benefits and will be an office-based role.

Our client offers a wide range of services across workplace strategy, office design and fit-out, return-to-work planning, and furniture consultancy. They’re a medium-sized team with a strong client base across the Southwest and London. You will be working as part of a project team, covering the technical aspects of office design projects ranging from £100k to £10m in value.

Role & Responsibilities

• Produce 2D and 3D visuals and drawing packages, reflective of the agreed scope of works
• Attend site visits and conduct surveys
• Work closely with the BIM Manager to maintain and manage Revit models across projects
• Adopt BIM processes and integration with the software
• Design and construction detailing for interior-focused projects
• Technical design for bespoke FF&E, joinery, casework, and lighting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in interior design or similar
• 2+ years’ industry experience, ideally within workplace D&B
• Competent Revit, Adobe Suite, and Ms Office user; with examples of prior drawings in Revit
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car, strongly desirable.
