Revit Technician/Technologist (Residential Project Experience) London, W1

An opportunity is now available for a talented and diligent Revit Technician or Technologist to join the practices Technical Delivery team working on upcoming residential towers, based in their London practice.

The studio, currently a 35 strong team works collaboratively, in an open plan workspace; and they predominantly specialise in residential schemes, ranging from single occupancy, bespoke dwellings; up to multi-million pound, multi-storey developments.
Over the last two decades, the company has built up a large portfolio of projects across a diverse range of sectors. They have grown to around 100 staff, with six design studios and UK wide project coverage. They have a portfolio of repeat clients, both private and public, including blue-chip and boutique developer clients, local councils, and cultural and health providers.

This innovative architectural firm have developed a highly successful reputation for their fresh and enthusiastic design approach, right across the country and now want to add a talented Revit Technician/Technologist to their growing team, who will be responsible for delivering high profile projects across the UK.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to work under the Director on a variety of schemes on site, and on a number of projects coming up for tender. You need to be technically minded, and competent in delivering high quality residential schemes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years UK experience
• Residential experience is essential
• Highly proficient in the use of Revit
• Able to produce high quality technical drawings without supervision
• Good knowledge and understanding of UK construction and Building regulations

Salary & Package

The successful applicant will be offered a salary between £35,000 – £45,000. Benefits within this company include pension plan and regular CPDs, along with fantastic opportunities for career progression.

The company also offer support and sponsorship throughout university studies, where appropriate.
