Revit Technician - Islington, London

A reputable AJ top 30 practice based in a large, airy office in Islington alongside a beautiful canal, offering a generous list of company perks and benefits.

Currently expanding and keeping busy with a large variety of projects, the practice is looking for talented individual to join both, the delivery team and the design team.

Role & Responsibilities

Working closely with the rest of the delivery team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a variety of schemes, predominantly UK-based, large scale residential projects. Initially, you will work on production information for a residential scheme that is currently at stage 4.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience of working as a Revit Technician in the UK for a minimum of 2 years
• Strong working proficiency in using Revit is essential
• Experience working on multi-unit residential projects, particularly large scale developments would be preferable
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
• Excellent technical detailing and construction skills
• Highly articulate and able to communicate to clients and colleagues on all levels

Please note, only candidates with working proficiency in Revit will be considered for this role.

Salary & Package

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of between £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience, with a 4 week contract duration. The successful candidate would also be eligible for the following benefits if they were to stay with the company permanently:
