Revit Technician - Canary Wharf, London

A mutli-award winning and highly reputable practice in Canary Wharf with four different, internationally based offices in London, New York, California, and Canada.

Established in 1934, the practice is run as a full-service architectural practice, and has developed an outstanding reputation for their technical expertise and design excellence; as demonstrated by their prestigious design award and competition wins.

The practice has developed a diverse portfolio of projects in the United States, Canada, South-East Asia, UK, and around the rest of the world; covering projects in a wide range of sectors including commercial, hotels, cultural, residential, institutional, mixed-use development sites, large-scale buildings, retail and entertainment, and airports and transportation centres.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of exciting projects across a range of sectors, predominantly on RIBA stage 4, whilst using Revit and AutoCAD as their main software.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years post qualification relevant work experience
• Proficiency in the production of Stage 4 documentation
• Working knowledge of British Standards and Regulations
• Highly proficient in current versions of Revit and AutoCAD
• Positive attitude with proven proficiency working collaboratively within a team setting
• Strong work ethic, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy and takes responsibility for own work
• Self-motivated individuals capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects, and who are interested in growing with the firm

Salary

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £33,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
