Retail Focused -Architect- North

Hunter Dunning are currently working with a practice based in the North of Hampshire to locate an Retail focused Architect with 3 – 5 years experience. This established and award winning architectural practice works throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide with a commitment to creating successful and sustainable architectural solutions. The practice works across a range of project sectors including Retail, Leisure, Residential, Workplace and Masterplanning.

Due to the continued success in winning projects in the retail sector they are looking for Architect to join the retail team.

Reporting to the Director and working closely with the Senior Team, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with clients to develop designs from an initial brief. You will be required to manage an administer projects alongside the senior team, working closely with external consultants.

Candidate wishing to apply for this position will be Part III qualified and be able to demonstrate a history of retail and commercial project delivery. Candidates will have excellent IT skills in particular, CAD and associated visualisation packages while knowledge of Revit software would be beneficial but is not essential.
