Residential Architect – CONTRACT – High Wycombe

My client requires an Architect with residential experience on a contractual basis for an immediate start to assist in a large pipeline of projects.

Based in High Wycombe, the practice is a CIAT registered practice and specialise in domestic projects, ranging from small permitted development applications for extensions & loft conversions all the way to full planning permission for new build developments.
They provide an opportunity for clients to have their designs planned, implemented and a full ‘Turn Key’ service is offered.

Role & Responsibilities

The role will be office based but the candidate will be expected to do site visits for conducting surveys. The practice has a large project turnover, approximately 40 jobs per month and the role will involve full project management through all necessary RIBA stages.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have own transport
• Recognised Architectural Membership (ARB/RIBA)
• Minimum 5 years relevant UK work experience on Residential projects
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Good command of the English language
• Motivated and autonomous

Salary & Package

This role will include contractual hours totalling 37 hours per week, conducted between 8am – 4pm daily and includes hourly rate of up to £30 per hour depending on experience.
