Due to ongoing growth our client is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Architect to join their offices based in London (EC).
The successful candidate will be RIBA part III qualified and ARB registered with previous experience in UK private practice.
You will have the ability to deliver projects through all key stages along with the ability to select and maintain design quality to key elements of the building solution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery, monitoring the financial performance of the project in terms of fee expenditure and resource needs to maintain agreed programmes. You will maintain reporting systems particular to project requirements and to the studio director and team leader.
You will have previous experience with job running, liaising with clients, contractors and consultants and working within a team. You will also have previous experience with planning applications, tender action, construction information and project design development. Candidates must have a track record experience within the public sector.
You will have an understanding of contractor approach procurement with respect to programming, pricing and construction information release along with verbal and drawn communication skills.
You will have previous experience with AutoCAD, although some experience with Revit would be an advantage.
