Property Manager job in Watford, Hertfordshire

Property Manager job working for an independent estate agency in Watford. Our client is an agency that oversee a mixture of residential properties throughout the Hertfordshire area. They are looking to pay a salary of up to £32,000.

Established over 30 years ago, our client have a lot of experience in the property market. They have an experienced team of property professionals that have a wealth of expertise in the South Hertfordshire area. The successful candidate will be overseeing a portfolio of 180 residential properties.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deal with checkouts and tenancy deposit returns in line with ARLA guidelines
• Hold a full understanding of current lettings legislations
• Instruct contractors when required
• Obtain quotes and ensure that work is completed within an acceptable time frame
• Maintain that all works is completed within budget and to set standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years Property Management experience
• ARLA qualification is preferable
• Full clean UK driving license is essential.
