Project Quantity Surveyor Job in South East London

Project Quantity Surveyor job available in South East London, for an established cost consultancy, due to an increasing pipeline of work. They are looking for Project Quantity Surveyor candidates who are Chartered MRICS and looking to progress their career in a growing and multiple award-winning consultancy. The role offers a salary of up to £55,000 + Bonus + 28 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.

Established for 10 years, they cover commercial, residential, leisure and Hotel projects in London The South East, Midlands and further afield across the UK. Their 170 strong team is spread over two offices and is made up of Cost Consultancy and Employers Agents covering Fit-out, Refurb and New Build projects. They provide the expertise and efficiency of a larger consultancy whilst maintaining a ‘family practice’ culture. This role will be working on Residential and Hotel projects mainly across London/South East.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver quantity surveying services
  • Working on refurb, fit-out and new build projects
  • Feasibility, cost planning, tender to final accounts
  • JCT Contracts
  • Working on projects from £200k – £20m
  • Mentor more junior members of the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS is essential
  • Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor background
  • Consultancy background
  • Preferably residential and/or hotel project experience.
