Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day coordination of hospitality design projects within the London studio environment
• Support the delivery of international hotel design projects through effective planning and organisation
• Coordinate internal design teams alongside external consultants and client representatives
• Prepare project documentation required by client project management and commercial teams
• Manage variation orders including pricing coordination negotiation and approval tracking
• Maintain project programmes schedules and status reports across multiple projects
• Track design deliverables and milestones to ensure projects remain on programme
• Manage project resource plans through the studio ERP system
• Support finance teams with billing processes and monthly invoicing aligned with contracts
• Ensure clear communication across project teams consultants and stakeholders
