Project Manager Job in High Wycombe offering flexibility to work remotely. Our client is a growing multidisciplinary consultancy in High Wycombe, covering sites in mainly Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire. The role will be managing several new build residential and affordable housing projects split between office and site. Offering a salary of £45k – £55k + travel + bonus, offering further progression for the right candidate and support with industry accreditations.

Our client offers a multitude of services to include project management, surveying, cost consultancy and design management and specialise in residential and affordable housing projects for developers, RPs and Local Authorities. Made up of around 100 employees and 4 offices they are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of work across London and the South of England.

Role & Responsibilities

• Acting as Employers Agent, liaising with clients, contractors, developers throughout the life cycle of projects

• Report on a regular basis the status of projects and update fee projections

• Contract administration

• Monitor construction costs and values

• Value management, value engineering and procurement strategy

• Programme management

• Procurement

• Tender process

• Manage and report on project budgets to client and internally

• Working within quality management system (QMS).

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience as an Employer’s Agent, Project Manager or Building Surveyor

• Experience in construction project management (ideally new build but refurbishment also will be considered)

• Contract Administration experience

• From consultancy or client-side

• Pre and post-contract project experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
