Job Summary

Project Manager Job London is a vacancy within an international luxury hospitality design studio. The role supports interior and architectural design delivery for luxury hotel projects across international markets. You will work closely with the Director of Project Management and wider project teams. Daily activity includes coordination with internal teams, external consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders. The position focuses on project administration, commercial documentation, programmes, resources, variations and monthly billing. This is explicitly not a design role and requires established project management experience.

Project Manager Job London suits someone already familiar with high-end hospitality or design-led project environments. The successful candidate should understand demanding client expectations, multiple stakeholders and strict delivery timelines. The role is intended for a professional with three to five years of relevant experience. Candidates should be comfortable joining established project teams and supporting contracted deliverables from the outset.

About the Company

This privately owned practice delivers luxury hospitality interior and architectural design projects internationally. Its work includes five-star new-build and renovation hotel projects for major international operators. The studio combines interior design, architectural design and related creative services across global locations. Project teams respond to different environments while considering local architecture and cultural references.

The London team works with international clients, consultants and delivery partners across complex hospitality programmes. This opportunity sits within the project administration function and supports design delivery rather than design production. The working environment requires close collaboration, accurate documentation and consistent coordination across multiple project stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage projects daily to support successful delivery of client requirements, quality standards and agreed timelines
  • Coordinate internal and external project teams, consultants and stakeholders across international luxury hotel projects
  • Prepare project documentation as instructed by client commercial and project management teams throughout delivery
  • Prepare variation orders, pricing and additional fee bids, supporting negotiation through successful client approval
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, programmes and resource plans using the internal ERP system
  • Work with Finance and Administration teams to prepare monthly billing in accordance with contract terms

Skills & Experience Required

  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in project management relevant to the responsibilities described
  • Bring three to five years of demonstrable project management experience within relevant professional environments
  • Ideally have experience within a high-end design, architectural, hospitality, fit-out or luxury FF&E setting
  • Understand that this position is project management focused and is explicitly not a design role
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Microsoft Project or equivalent tools
  • Show excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and confidence working under pressure
  • Manage multiple strict timelines while coordinating information across internal teams, consultants and other stakeholders

Salary & Benefits

  • £50,000 – £55,000
  • Hybrid working after probation, subject to project requirements
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by one day yearly until reaching 25 days
  • Private medical cover with additional dental and optical cash back support for everyday healthcare needs
  • Cycle to work scheme and retailer discount programme supporting practical lifestyle and commuting needs
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme with auto-enrolment after three months and earlier voluntary opt-in available

Who Is This Role Ideal For?

This role is ideal for a mid-weight project manager with relevant high-end hospitality experience. It suits candidates already familiar with luxury hotels, FF&E, fit-out or design-led environments. Strong applicants will understand how architects, consultants, contractors and international clients work together.

The position requires someone comfortable managing documentation, programmes, variations, resources and billing responsibilities. It is suited to professionals who can contribute quickly within established project teams. Candidates seeking a design position or a route into design should not apply. Project Manager Job London is best aligned with practical project management experience in comparable hospitality settings.
