New Architectural Project Manager job available, to join an architecture and interior design firm, working from their office in Orlando, FL. The role will specialize in healthcare projects, working with esteemed clients across the US. Offering a salary of up to $125,000 plus benefits and hybrid working!

With a rich heritage within the architecture and design sector, our client has been established for over four decades and now operates with circa 125 staff across three offices throughout the USA. With a specialist focus on healthcare projects, this role will see you work alongside a team of creatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure projects are achieving key milestones
• Take responsibility for the coordination of technical and administrative aspects of projects
• Budget and schedule management, including timesheet approval, invoices, review meetings, etc.
• Act as the primary client liaison for relevant aspects such as scheduling and budgets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Architecture, or similar
• Registered Architect, preferred
• 10+ years of industry experience, 5+ within healthcare architectural projects
• Proven project management experience
• Client-facing skills.
