Project Manager (F&B / Hospitality Projects) - West Sussex

A Project Manager position based in West Sussex and offering the opportunity to work on F&B/hospitality projects, a salary of up to £50,000 and a car allowance. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced PM looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to travel!

An architectural and interior design company specialising in the F&B and hospitality sector. Their projects range from one-off pubs and restaurants through to Listed Buildings and major hotels developments.

The practice has a list of exciting projects in the pipeline that are either in for planning or that we have planning approval for. With schemes expanding across the UK and Ireland, they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carrying out feasibilities
• Attending briefing meetings, pre-start meetings and weekly site meetings
• Attending builders completion & handovers
• Production of snagging lists
• Working closely with designers, client and contractors
• Travelling around the UK and to the ROI will be necessary

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years’ project management experience for interior design and/or construction projects
• Experience working on F&B and/or hospitality projects is essential
• Knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations
• Strong construction knowledge/background
• Onsite experience and ability to work with contractors
• Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
• Driving licence and ability to travel to site when required

Salary & Package

• Up to £50,000 DOE
• Company car/car allowance of £5000
