Project Architect job in Winchester, Hampshire

My client currently has a Project Architect job available working on a number of exciting residential projects. The ideal candidate would have experience of working on all RIBA stages with particular focus on stage 3 onwards.

This practice was recently established and has found great success working on a mix of bespoke residential and smaller residential development projects. Based in London and Winchester, the practice looks to offer a good work-life balance and develop an environment that helps the well-being and enjoyment of their work with its staff. With a number of residential projects including small residential developments, they are seeking a Project Architect with experience in project delivery to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working through RIBA stages with particular interest in 3-5 on UK-based residential projects
  • Use of Revit on a daily basis
  • Working on design drawings
  • Production of technical detailing drawings
  • Responsibility for the delivery of projects
  • Involvement with working on site.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of UK project experience ideally in the residential sector
  • Experience in the delivery of projects is essential
  • Skilled in the use of Revit is beneficial but training will be offered
  • Good technical skills.
