Job Summary
Project Architect Job Waterloo is available with an award-winning employee-owned Architecture and interiors practice. This role is based in London and focuses on high-end residential schemes, hospitality, heritage, and mixed-use projects. You will work on bespoke housing, high-spec penthouses, mews properties, apartments, and larger residential buildings.
Project values range from £1,000,000 to £50,000,000 across London and selected wider locations. The role requires a confident architect able to manage projects through all RIBA stages. You will produce design information, technical construction packages, models, images, and detailed documentation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Work on high-end residential mews properties, apartments, penthouses, and mixed-use schemes across London
- Run projects through all RIBA stages from early concept design to completion on site
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, and design documents for project presentation and delivery
- Produce detailed technical construction information with a strong focus on accuracy and coordination
- Work within a small project team while supporting clear communication and project progress
- Use Revit or AutoCAD daily on live projects across design and technical stages
- Supervise junior team members and support their development through project tasks and reviews
- Report clearly to seniors and directors on programme, technical issues, and delivery requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified Part III Architect with at least three years professional experience in a UK practice
- Experience with bespoke high-end properties, mews houses, apartments, hospitality, or heritage projects is essential
- Excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability using InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, or rendering software
- Able to demonstrate project experience across all RIBA stages, with strengths in stages three and four
- Confident working through detailed design, technical design, and project delivery stages
- Technically minded with strong attention to detail and experience delivering crafted project packages
- Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD with live project experience within a UK practice
- Presentable and confident when handling client, consultant, and contractor facing responsibilities
Salary & Benefits
- Salary of £38,000 – £50,000
