Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver residential and mixed-use projects from concept through to construction stages
- Lead technical design development and detailing for high quality architectural schemes
- Produce drawings, models, and visual materials across all RIBA project stages
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Manage project workload within a small team environment with autonomy and accountability
- Communicate effectively with clients to support project objectives and delivery outcomes
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to collaborative studio working practices
- Utilise AutoCAD and Revit to support design development and technical documentation
Skills & Experience Require
- ARB registered architect with minimum two years post Part III UK practice experience
- Experience leading projects across all RIBA stages with focus on stages two to four
- Strong design and technical ability across residential or hospitality projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp with Revit experience desirable
- Experience within small to medium sized design-led architectural practices preferred
- Strong communication skills for client engagement and multidisciplinary coordination
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver projects to programme deadlines
- Right to work in the UK with strong written and spoken English communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary between £45,000 and £60,000 depending on experience and capability level
