Project Architect - Primrose Hill, London

Hunter Dunning are representing a small, privately owned practice in Primrose Hill, who have a successful portfolio of built and current high-end residential projects. Their focus is prime areas of London including Kensington, Chelsea and Mayfair; with other projects in the Home Counties and a number of schemes overseas.

The practice is passionate about producing exquisite homes and properties to an extraordinary standard, including designing lighting fittings and furniture for their projects. Although they are a small team, the practice produces work which is easily competing with the big names in the industry.

An opportunity now exists for a talented and diligent Project Architect to take on a number of high-profile schemes. In addition to smaller projects, the successful candidate will be required to lead a large double-basement project, situated beneath a villa in Kensington, which is expected to run at least 2 years.

Candidates looking to apply for this role must be able to demonstrate:

• Thorough knowledge of all RIBA stages; particularly construction and including contract administration
• A full understanding of current UK building regulations and standards
• A strong background in the high-end residential sector
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise directly with clients and contractors
• The ability to coordinate teams and external consultants

The practice uses Vectorworks, but they are more than happy to cross train a candidate if necessary.
