Role & Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs to meet quality standards, project timelines, and budget requirements
• Conduct site surveys and field reviews while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations
• Prepare design reports, detailed drawings, and models following established office standards
• Undertake site visits to review construction progress and ensure compliance with design documentation
• Identify deviations on site and liaise with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
• Support team members and contribute to collaborative project delivery across disciplines
• Report project progress and updates to senior leadership and project stakeholders
• Coordinate design information to ensure effective communication across project teams

Skills & Experience Required

• ARB registered Architect with proven experience delivering projects through technical stages
• Demonstrable experience managing projects and small teams within an architectural environment
• Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing and project delivery processes
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for design development and documentation
• Experience working on defence or secure sector projects is desirable but not essential
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines effectively
• Must be based within commutable distance of Peterborough for site visits
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for project related travel

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range of £40,000 to £47,500 depending on experience and qualifications
