Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects through RIBA stages, ensuring design intent is maintained across all phases
  • Produce detailed Revit models and drawing packages for planning, tender and construction purposes
  • Coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project programme milestones
  • Manage client communication to ensure expectations, design direction and deliverables remain aligned
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications and construction information for site delivery
  • Support planning submissions with design statements and presentation material for approval processes
  • Attend site meetings and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements

Skills & Experience Required

  • Qualified Architect with ARB registration and strong UK project delivery experience
  • Minimum three years post qualification experience within residential or high end design sectors
  • Advanced Revit proficiency with proven ability to produce coordinated BIM project information
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing standards
  • Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages with clear design ownership
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and consultant coordination responsibilities
  • Ability to manage deadlines and workload across multiple projects within a studio environment

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and project capability
