Role & Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through RIBA stages, ensuring design intent is maintained across all phases
- Produce detailed Revit models and drawing packages for planning, tender and construction purposes
- Coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project programme milestones
- Manage client communication to ensure expectations, design direction and deliverables remain aligned
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications and construction information for site delivery
- Support planning submissions with design statements and presentation material for approval processes
- Attend site meetings and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified Architect with ARB registration and strong UK project delivery experience
- Minimum three years post qualification experience within residential or high end design sectors
- Advanced Revit proficiency with proven ability to produce coordinated BIM project information
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing standards
- Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages with clear design ownership
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and consultant coordination responsibilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and workload across multiple projects within a studio environment
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and project capability
