An expanding multidisciplinary practice located in North Acton, offering candidates the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects whilst learning a variety of new skills.

Established in 2012, the company is a multidisciplinary practice, known for its architecture, master planning, interior and landscape design services. The practice has developed an eclectic portfolio of internationally based projects, ranging from large master plans, to golf courses and the landscape designs of luxurious resorts.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working across a variety of RIBA stages, from concept to detail design and construction, on a number of exciting projects in a variety of sectors. Your list of responsibilities will be as listed below:

  • Taking responsibility of overall projects and/or specific areas of the design and construction packages
  • Where appropriate, monitor construction work in progress to ensure compliance with the design and everything runs smoothly
  • Assisting and coordinating with the design team to ensure project delivery to the highest quality standard
  • Preparing, developing and editing designs
  • Drawings, model making, images, and other documents relating to the design
  • Coordinating with and reviewing information from the wider consultants and contractor teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part III qualified or equivalent with the eligibility to work within the UK
  • Excellent creative design skills, demonstrated clearly within your portfolio
  • Have the ability to use a variety of media and be proficient in 2D and 3D technical skills including Microstation (and/or AutoCAD), Rhino, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and In-Design
  • Motivated and self-driven, and able to push contemporary design methods and representations
  • Have an open and flexible attitude towards new ways of working and be able to handle multiple roles and responsibilities within the office
  • Work efficiently with the design team and be able to meet project demands and tight deadlines

Salary

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of between £37,000 and £47,000 depending on experience.
