The role includes involvement in cladding remediation and gateway submissions alongside new build residential and refurbishment schemes. Current projects include a 35 room hotel within a larger venue, a 2000 capacity music venue in Stratford and a private members club. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of projects across RIBA stages 4 and 5 ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD with some Revit use depending on project requirements
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and internal team members throughout project delivery
- Manage technical detailing for residential, hospitality and commercial schemes across multiple projects
- Support cladding remediation projects including preparation of gateway submissions and compliance documentation
- Assist with planning stages including work on hotel and large scale venue developments
- Respond to contractor queries and support site coordination during construction phases
- Apply strong knowledge of building regulations across all aspects of technical project delivery
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified Architect with proven experience delivering UK based projects at RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with working knowledge of Revit in a collaborative environment
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and technical compliance across live projects
- Experience working on residential, hospitality or commercial developments within a UK practice
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects and coordinate with wider project teams
- Knowledge or experience of cladding remediation and gateway submissions would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively within a small team structure
- Proactive approach to problem solving and delivering technical solutions during construction stages
Salary & Benefits
- Salary £45k-£50k
- Hybrid working with three days in the office and two days working from home
- 25 days annual leave plus additional Christmas closure period
