Project Architect - Marylebone, London

Based in Marylebone, this inspirational firm of Architects and Interior Designers specialising in the high-end residential sector are now looking to recruit a talented and organised Project Architect as a result of an increasing workload. Leaders in residential innovation worldwide, the company is well known for providing uber-luxury design, and possess an enviable portfolio of high-profile and famous clients.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team and be involved in the new-build construction of high-end residential properties, taking projects from planning stages through to onsite completion.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be able to demonstrate:

• Part III Qualified and ARB registered
• Extensive experience working on UK based high-end residential projects
• A high level of AutoCAD literacy
• Working knowledge of eco-homes and BREEAM
• Have previous experience working directly with clients, contractors and consultants
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience taking projects through planning stages through to onsite completion
