Project Architect (High-end Residential) - Surrey

My client is an inspiring, award winning architectural practice with a successful portfolio in the high end residential sector, and recent projects including elegant country retreats, multi million pound estates and city dwellings. They have also had success on more commercial schemes, with completed projects in the leisure, retail, education and medium scale residential sectors.

An opportunity now exists for a talented and creative Project Architect to join their team in Surrey on a full time, permanent basis. This is a key appointment for the practice, with the successful applicant reporting directly to the Principal Architects, leading teams and working on multiple projects from concept through to completion.

To apply for this position, you must be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 3 years PQE, with at least 1 year gained in the UK*
• A strong, demonstrable background running high end residential projects from initial sketch design through to completion, including on site experience
• Extensive construction knowledge and technical drawing ability
• Proven competence to supervise and delegate to junior members of staff
• A natural artistic flare with worthy hand drawing ability

A good level of working knowledge in AutoCAD would be an advantage, however is not essential.
