Project Architect - Hampshire

Our client is established, award winning and architecturally led design studio based in Hampshire. Their portfolio of work includes all scales of residential / housing, education, community, conservation/listed buildings, masterplanning and urban design, with high quality design being a constant across all sectors of work. In the coming years our client has plans to significantly increase the size of the business and their commitment to this has been shown with the investment in a new purpose built office boasting excellent facilities for both clients and staff.

As part of this planned growth and expansion our client is now looking to recruit a talented and design led Project Architect to join their existing team on a permanent and long term basis. The successful candidate will join an award winning team of designers and will be required to take full ownership of projects, with responsibility for working closely with clients and managing projects through all stages.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position will be RIBA part III qualified, have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and be confident self starters, interested in taking on a high level of responsibility. You will ideally be able to display a range of design skills and the ability to demonstrate designs in a range formats, such as CAD, Revit, hand drawing and SketchUp. An interest in business development and the ability to win new projects would be highly advantageous.

This role represents a huge opportunity with the potential for the right candidate to quickly move into an Associate role and longer term into a full Partnership within the business.
