Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA and RIAI stages from concept design through to completion.
• Produce detailed planning and construction drawings using Revit to ensure coordinated and accurate project outputs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients to maintain efficient communication and project alignment.
• Apply strong technical knowledge of Irish building regulations, specifications and construction methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, scope and budgets to ensure delivery meets agreed objectives and quality standards.
• Contribute to design reviews and technical discussions within the studio to support overall project quality.
• Support and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards across all project stages and deliverables.

Skills & Experience Required

• RIAI or ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows to support project delivery and technical coordination.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for presentation work.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations, technical detailing and construction documentation standards.
• Strong communication, organisational and project management skills to handle multiple project requirements.
• Ability to lead projects independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with the ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
• Interest or experience in data centre or large-scale projects is advantageous for career progression.
