Job Summary
Project Architect Job Chelsea is available with an established architecture and design consultancy delivering high-end residential projects across prime London locations. This Architecture role is based in Chelsea, London, working on luxury bespoke residential schemes across the UK and internationally.
The successful Project Architect will run medium to large-scale projects through varied RIBA stages while leading their own team. You will report to the Associate Director, liaise with clients and contractors and support junior team members.
The role includes contract administration, technical detailing, construction drawings and ensuring work is delivered to high standards. Project Architect Job Chelsea suits an experienced Architect with strong job running ability and high-end residential project experience.

This established architecture and design consultancy is based in Chelsea Harbour and specialises in prestigious high-end residential projects. The practice works with a client base across prime London areas, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Belgravia and Marylebone.
Its portfolio includes luxury bespoke properties across England, Europe, America and Asia. The consultancy has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional residences requiring detailed design, technical excellence and careful project coordination. Due to continued project demand, the team is seeking a Project Architect to support delivery across medium to large-scale residential schemes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Associate Director on project progress, programme updates and delivery requirements
- Running medium to large-scale high-end residential projects across varied RIBA work stages
- Leading your own project team while supporting consistent standards across design and delivery
- Managing and mentoring junior team members through technical design and project coordination tasks
- Liaising with contractors and clients to support clear communication and successful project outcomes
- Demonstrating flexibility between projects while maintaining quality across multiple residential schemes
- Undertaking contract administration responsibilities across high-end residential projects and construction stages
- Ensuring work is produced to a high standard while meeting tight project deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum five years post Part III experience within architectural practice and project delivery roles
- Minimum three years United Kingdom experience working within professional architectural practice environments
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale high-end residential projects and grade listed buildings
- Strong understanding of planning applications, building control regulations and statutory approval processes
- Confident working across RIBA stages 0-7 with strong job running and project leadership ability
- Client-facing experience with confidence liaising with contractors, consultants and internal project teams
- Strong technical detailing, architectural construction drawing and structural construction drawing ability
- Fluent AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills with excellent spoken and written English communication
Salary & Benefits
- Salary ranging from £55,000 – £60,000 depending on experience and project delivery background

- Office hours are 9am to 5.30pm within the Chelsea Harbour studio environment
