Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to planning and design processes across multiple sectors, ensuring projects meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Take an active role in project management, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout all project stages.
• Lead project delivery phases, managing teams and ensuring outputs meet programme and quality expectations.
• Produce technical drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit to support construction and design development stages.
• Report project progress and team performance to senior staff, ensuring clear communication of key milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated design and technical solutions across projects.
• Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building standards, and project specifications.
• Support continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team collaboration.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum three years UK experience within an architectural practice environment.
• Experience working on large scale residential, commercial, education, or healthcare projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams across multiple stages of delivery.
• High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for technical design and documentation.
• Strong collaborative skills with experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and project priorities.
• Experience taking responsibility for project delivery from concept through to completion.
