Role & Responsibilities

• Manage FF&E budgets across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and overall project cost control.
• Oversee the procurement process from quotation through to invoicing, maintaining accuracy and timely delivery coordination.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing while maintaining required quality standards.
• Produce and manage design schedules, tracking procurement milestones to support timely project delivery.
• Coordinate installation schedules with contractors and storage facilities to ensure efficient project execution.
• Present FF&E budgets to clients and lead communication relating to procurement operations and financial updates.
• Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to internal teams, supporting informed project decisions.
• Identify cost saving opportunities and improve procurement processes while building long term supplier relationships.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven procurement experience, ideally within the interior design or luxury residential sector environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing supplier relationships and securing favourable commercial terms.
• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent project requirements.
• Ability to manage pressure and prioritise tasks across several active procurement schedules.
• Strong communication skills with confidence working alongside designers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Hands on approach with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budgeting, reporting, and procurement tracking activities.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
