Procurement Assistant For Luxury Hospitality Interior Design - Central London

A new opportunity to join a design studio specialising in luxury hospitality and maritime projects as a Procurement Assistant. Benefits include a competitive salary, early finish on Fridays during summer and gym membership, to name a few.

With projects in the high-end hospitality and maritime sectors, this team of forty are well known for their attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of the luxury industry. With over 45 years’ experience, their portfolio of projects includes national and international schemes that vary from concept development and bespoke FF&E services through to landscape and master planning.

With four new exciting projects starting soon, they are looking for a proactive Procurement Assistant to join them on a permanent basis and assist with the development of luxury hospitality projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assisting the Purchasing Coordinators with the procurement, logistics and installation for high-end hospitality projects
• Preparing comprehensive tender documentation and requests for quotation
• Generating purchase orders
• Monitoring of existing orders
• Obtaining shipping documentation
• Assisting with projects installation

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be thorough and practical with excellent communication skills. They should be proficient in Excel and have a basic understanding of architectural drawings, budgets, and project timelines.

Salary & Package

£20,000 – £24,000. This is only a guideline and depends fully on experience.
