Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of landscape designs that support sustainable and successful development outcomes across projects.
• Oversee the production of LVIA reports for both EIA and non EIA developments, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Work closely with planning teams to support successful planning applications and coordinated design strategies.
• Manage projects across all stages, ensuring delivery meets programme, quality, and budget requirements.
• Support implementation of landscape designs on site, maintaining alignment with approved proposals.
• Attend site visits as required to review progress and resolve design or technical issues.
• Coordinate internal and external consultants to ensure integrated project delivery across disciplines.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear communication throughout project lifecycles.

Skills & Experience Required

• Chartered Landscape Architect status with CMLI accreditation.
• Extensive experience producing LVIA reports across a range of development types.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects across all stages from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning processes and environmental assessment requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks alongside Adobe software for design and reporting tasks.
• Confident communicator with experience leading client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence for site visits and project related travel requirements.
