Principal Landscape Architect Job in Cirencester, Gloucestershire

We are currently working with a national consultancy, that currently has a Principal Landscape Architect job available in its Cirencester office. This role would offer an attractive package including hybrid working, private healthcare, and professional development.

The national consultancy has been established for over 20 years and covers projects across the UK, with over 400 staff operating across 14 offices. They offer a range of services including planning, design, environmental, and infrastructure. Due to continued success, they are currently seeking a principal Landscape Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working on the creation of designs for sustainable and successful developments
• Production of LVIA for EIA and non-EIA developments
• Working closely with the planning team to gain approval for projects
• Running projects across all stages
• Implementation of projects on site
• Attending site as required
• Working with internal and external consultants.

Required Skills & Experience

• Charted Landscape Architect (CMLI)
• Experience in the production of LVIA is essential
• Ability to run projects across all stages.
• UK planning knowledge is essential
• Skilled in the use of AutoCAD/Vectorworks and Adobe suite
• Confident communicator
• Current Drivers licence.
