Role & Responsibilities

• Lead fire engineering teams to deliver multiple complex projects across varied sectors
• Manage technical aspects of large scale projects and key components of major developments
• Report to Associate level leadership and support strategic project direction and delivery
• Support and mentor fire engineers within the team to develop technical capability
• Deliver fire consultancy services and produce compliant fire strategies across projects
• Manage internal and external enquiries while maintaining strong client communication
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for new and repeat business
• Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and detailed design specifications

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree qualified in engineering with an accredited BEng, MEng, or MSc qualification
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status or actively working towards professional recognition
• Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers at minimum Associate or progressing to full membership
• Extensive experience delivering fire engineering solutions on UK construction projects
• Strong understanding of active and passive fire protection systems and their application
• Detailed knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, regulations, and design guidance
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining technical accuracy
• Strong leadership and communication skills within multidisciplinary project teams

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range of £65,000 to £90,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• Mileage reimbursement at 45 pence per mile for business related travel
