Practice Leader job available, as part of an architecture firm with an office in Orlando, FL. You will need to be a registered architect with a strong background in healthcare projects to be considered for the role. With a rich heritage in the architecture and design sector, our client has been established for over four decades and now operates with circa 125 staff across three offices throughout the USA. Due to a recent acquisition, they are looking to hire an architectural practice leader who is able to build a team, support on projects, and is looking for progression in the coming years.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversight of healthcare projects of varying scales and complexities
• Business development and client relationship management
• Assist with marketing and marketing strategies/materials
• Collaborate with senior leadership, focused on the growth and development of the studio
• Stay up to date with industry trends
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Champion BIM and Revit technology
• Manage and maintain financial targets (billable/non-billable).

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of industry experience, primarily within healthcare
• Registered Architect
• Experience with Revit and BIM software
• Strong client-facing and business development skills
• Proven experience working across all project phase and understanding of plans, schedules, and budgeting.
