Planning Manager Job in Fareham, Hampshire

I have Planning Manager job available, with a regional house builder looking to expand their town planning team in Fareham, Hampshire.

As the successful Planning Manager you’ll be working closely with the Head of Planning and land team and will be responsible for the complete planning process from site inspection to completion. You will be working on developments that range from single bespoke homes to 200+ unit sites across Hampshire.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and submitting planning applications
  • Give advice on planning matters
  • Assess the land development against the company criteria
  • Attend internal and external meetings throughout the planning process
  • Keep updated on local and national planning policy changes
  • Preparing monthly progress reports
  • Work closely with the land and technical teams
  • Support the Head of Planning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
  • Experienced with planning for volume residential developments ideally
  • UK volume residential experience from a housebuilder or consultancy.

What you get back

  • £55,000 – £65,000 DOE
