Part III Architectural Assistant - London (EC)

Our Client is a London design led practice established in 1981 and run by five directors, all of whom are registered architects. The firm is organised in a single studio with approximately sixty staff.

Their primary objective is to provide excellent professional service, tailored to the requirements of each client. They develop designs that are truly responsive to user needs, address the physical and cultural context and allow effective solutions for procurement and construction.

Our Client’s track record includes all types of planning and design and their range of services extends from acting as consultants, providing strategic advice on development, regeneration and conservation, to providing full architectural services from inception to completion of a single project.

Our client is now looking to recruit a Part III Architectural Assistant to join their team in London.

The successful candidate will ideally be RIBA Part 3 qualified, and have previous experience working within a UK based private practice.

You will have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations and you will have good construction experience. You will have the ability to work well both as part of a team and under your own initiative.

You will be fully proficient on AutoCAD.
