Part II Architectural Assistant (with Revit Experience) - South West London

Based in the heart of Central London, my client is an AJ120 Chartered Architectural firm specialising in high end residential design. Their work is spilt into 4 main sectors; Commercial, Residential, Hotels and Master planning across the East of England and London. They are an ambitious and growing practice who are now offering an opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their pre-planning design team.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be able to demonstrate:

• RIBA Part 2 qualification with ambition to achieve RIBA Part 3
• Strong and demonstrable design skills
• Excellent computer skills including Revit
• Must have experience of residential work in the UK
• Some experience of and good appreciation and understanding of technical and construction issues for work on existing buildings.
• Flexible and committed attitude to work

A good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit would be highly advantageous.
