Part II Architectural Assistant - Warwickshire

We are working with a small sized architectural practice based in Warwickshire. They work on a range of projects sectors from Education, Residential, Healthcare and Retail and are capable of delivering projects going into the multi-millions. They pride themselves in having a personal and friendly approach and have a repeating client base.

They are currently looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join there growing team and continue there Part III qualification to become a fully qualified Architect at the practice.

The successful candidate must have drive and have excellent all round communication skills. You would be working on a mix of projects so must be able to show previous experience of working on a variety of things at once. The role would include presentation, design work and basis technical drawing.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and sketch up are desirable but not essential.

The practice will offer the successful candidate financial support towards professional memberships and stability of an on going career within the practice. They are a relaxed but professional team and can offer flexitime if required.

The opportunity offers a maximum salary of up to £29,000 dependent on experience.
