Role & Responsibilities
- Work across all RIBA stages on high end residential architectural projects delivering consistent design quality
- Produce high quality design drawings and presentation packages aligned with client and project requirements
- Develop detailed technical drawings in accordance with UK building regulations and construction standards
- Coordinate effectively with clients consultants and wider design teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Attend project meetings managing communication across stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams
- Support junior team members through mentoring and collaborative design input where required
- Manage workload independently maintaining consistent output quality within a hybrid working structure
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum three years experience working on high end residential projects within London based practices
- Strong design and presentation skills with ability to produce creative and technically accurate outputs
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively within a remote working environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and residential technical detailing requirements
- Confident communicator with experience attending client meetings and presenting design proposals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite for design and presentation delivery
- Hand sketching ability beneficial demonstrating traditional design communication skills where applicable
Salary & Benefits
- Salary of £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience and suitability for the position
- Hybrid working arrangement with four days remote and one day attending meetings or site visits
