Role & Responsibilities

• Work under a project runner to support delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3 and 4
• Assist in producing technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit daily
• Contribute to project coordination ensuring drawings and information meet required standards
• Liaise directly with clients and consultants supporting communication throughout project stages
• Support the development of design and technical solutions within live project environments
• Participate in team discussions contributing to project progress and problem solving
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and project requirements during delivery
• Work within an office-based environment maintaining collaboration and communication with the team

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years experience following Part II qualification within a UK architectural practice
• Proven experience working on UK-based projects with understanding of project delivery stages
• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging clients and project stakeholders
• Good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and technical requirements
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit for design and technical drawing production
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines across multiple tasks
• Collaborative approach with enthusiasm for working within a small and growing team
• Motivation to progress towards Part III qualification and develop professional skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £30,000 and £36,000 depending on experience and technical capability
