Part II Architectural Assistant – Petersfield, Hampshire

This multi award winning design led practice has an opportunity for a design led Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Based in the Hampshire country side with close motorway and rail links, the office is made up of approximately 30 people. Their portfolio of work includes all scales of residential/housing, education, community, conservation/listed buildings, masterplanning and urban design, with high quality design being the focus across all sectors of work.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of projects within the team and also working independently when needed. You will be working through all RIBA stages.

Required Skills & Experience

Part II Qualified
A good knowledge of UK building regulations
Exceptional design and communication skills
The ability to work well in a team
Experience using ArchiCAD would be highly desirable

Salary & Package

The salary would vary between £24,000 and £26,000 depending on experience.
