Part II Architectural Assistant - London (E)

This client has extensive experience in the commercial office and residential sectors. They specialise in maximising value when imaginatively rethinking and recycling difficult sites.

Our client believes that clear communication with their clients is key to their success and they maintain a policy of quick response to enable fast track programmes to succeed. Most of their work is London based with a strong portfolio in the City, Mid Town and West End.

Our client is now looking to recruit a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team based in East London.

The successful candidate will be RIBA Part II qualified and have previous experience working with a UK based Architectural practice.

You will have a passion for Architecture with good design and technical ability. You should be confident and enthusiastic about your work and have the ability to work well as part of a team.

This role will be to work alongside one of the Senior Architects on a commercial refurbishment project. This role would suit someone who is looking to complete their Part III examination and who has previous job running experience. Previous experience within the commercial sector is preferred but not essential.

You will need to be fully proficient on AutoCAD.

Our client is prepared to pay up to £32,000 per annum dependant on skills and experience as well as offering excellent potential for career progression.
