Role & Responsibilities
- Support development of drawing packages from planning stages through to technical delivery phases
- Assist in preparation of construction documentation and technical specifications for projects
- Contribute to design development across residential regeneration and refurbishment schemes
- Collaborate with internal team members and external consultants on coordinated delivery
- Attend site visits and assist with technical problem solving during construction stages
- Maintain accuracy and quality within technical drawings and project documentation
- Support communication with contractors and consultants throughout project delivery
- Develop knowledge of Principal Designer responsibilities with training support provided
Skills & Experience Required
- RIBA Part II qualification with relevant UK based architectural practice experience
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and residential design standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with familiarity in Revit or similar 3D software tools
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage time and meet project deadlines
- Collaborative approach to working within a small and focused design team
- Clear communication skills for coordination with consultants and project stakeholders
- Interest in developing technical knowledge and progressing within architectural practice
- Willingness to undertake Principal Designer training with support from the studio
Salary & Benefits
- Salary between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience and capability level
