Part II Architectural Assistant - Hammersmith, London

The company works across a range of building sizes and typologies, specialising in a number of sectors such as, residential, commercial, master planning, cultural and education.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be brought in to deliver a number of exciting projects of different typologies and of varying sizes. You will be expected to work independently, however you will be liaising with all levels of staff and working as part of a small and close knit team.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years post part II professional experience
• A minimum of 3 years UK experience
• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
• An in-depth understanding of UK building regulations
• Demonstrable understanding of on-site construction
• Fantastic knowledge of procurement routes
• Confident in construction drawing packages
• A strong technical knowledge of building components
• Be highly proficient in AutoCAD, and working knowledge in BIM would be beneficial
• Have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken

Salary & Package

This role is offered on a permanent basis, with a competitive salary of £27,000 – £35,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also be eligible for a generous benefits package, which includes a healthy sized holiday entitlement and discretionary yearly bonus.
