A small, relaxed team specialising in contemporary high-end residential projects with an office ping pong table, free homemade lunches on a daily basis, and full support towards completing Part III studies.
Established as a sole trader in 1992, the Director has since grown the company to 6 employees; all of whom have been with them for between 3 and 6 years. The company specialise in high-end residential and small commercial projects, ranging from £100,000 to £5million.
Current projects include a £5million demolition and re-build of a home in Devon, amongst other high-end residential schemes in West London. Completed projects include a range of residential, offices, cafés and hotels.
A role for a Part II Architectural Assistant is now available as two members of staff are currently on maternity leave and will be returning part-time; and their current and predicted workload requires an extra pair of hands.
Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director and, at times, one or both of the Architects, you will be required to work simultaneously on a range of high-end residential and commercial projects. You will be involved on whole projects, through all RIBA stages; including the production of drawing packages, detail packages and regular site visits.
Required Skills & Experience
This role is suited to a candidate who has the desire to progress within a close and hardworking team.
Salary & Package
The successful candidate will be a offered a salary between £26,000 – £30,000, depending on experience. The company also offers a cycle to work scheme and a discretionary bonus scheme.
Working hours are 9am – 6pm.

The house is also used for regular fashion shoots which can be quite exciting, albeit these do not disturb the office.
