Part II Architectural Assistant (Contract)

Our client is a small architectural private practice based in central London. This design lead practice focuses on contemporary design within the residential and commercial sectors, both new build and refurbishment.

Due to a rapidly increasing workload our client is now looking to recruit a talented Part II Architectural Assistant with significant UK private practice experience on a contract basis for a minimum of 2 months.

The successful candidate will be RIBA Part II qualified.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be Vectorworks literate, have a sound knowledge of UK Building regulations and a design flair. Experience in high end residential projects would be an advantage but not essential.

The successful applicant will be required to work on a number of projects typically valuing between £100k-£250k, producing drawing packages and schedules of work for tender packages as well as liaising with both structural engineers and clients.

This position will initially run for 2 months but has the potential to become a longer term contract.
