Part II Architectural Assistant – Chichester West Sussex

They pride themselves on their full turn-key services and their ever expanding portfolio of high-end residential projects, which range in value from £25,000 – £6millon, across Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex.
Due to the growth of the business they are looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

You would be working within the architecture team across all RIBA stages on residential and high-end residential projects, under the supervision of a Senior Architect.
Due to the nature of the business, they offer an excellent insight into the whole project process.

Required Skills & Experience

Possess a minimum of 2 years post Part II experience
Experience using AutoCAD, Photoshop is essential
Able to self-manage time and workload
Experience in Revit, In-Design, Sketch-Up and good hand drawing skills would be highly desirable.

Salary & Package

£27,000 – £30,000 fully dependent on experience plus a discretionary bonus, workplace pension scheme and a 21 day holiday entitlement + Bank Holidays + Christmas shutdown.
