An expanding Architectural and Interior Design practice in Camden with a sociable team of Architectural and Interior Design specialists, who focus predominantly in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. The company is known for their relaxed atmosphere within the office, staff lunches paid for occasionally, and unique staff trips abroad.

Established in 2008, this multi-disciplinary practice has a vibrant team of Architectural and Interior Design staff. This medium sized practice predominantly specialise in residential and commercial sectors, working both on refurbishment and new build projects, for a selection of private clients in the UK and world-wide. The firm have established a reputation for innovative, contemporary design and delivery of homes and apartments to the highest finish, across a wide range of project values.
As well as the practices focus within the residential sector, they have also taken on a great amount of luxury hospitality projects on an international scale.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working alongside the rest of the team on a variety of RIBA stages, from concept designs to technical stages. You will be working on a variety of projects in the high-end residential, commercial and luxury hospitality sectors. These projects are currently based within the UK, however there will be chances to work on projects internationally, including some confidential lavish locations all over the world.

As and when appropriate you will be asked to join the team for onsite visits, whether this be for their UK or international projects; therefore you may be given the opportunity for international travel with this role.

Required Skills and Experience

  • RIBA Part II qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience in either high-end residential, commercial or hospitality
  • Professional working experience within the UK and a solid knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Professional working experience in Revit is essential
  • Strong flair for design
  • Excellent technical and construction knowledge is essential
  • Experience attending site meetings and assessing services and requirements of new sites would be highly beneficial
  • Confident liaising with all contractors and subcontractors
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD
  • Experience of working on international projects would be beneficial

Salary & Package

In addition to being rewarded with a competitive salary between £27,000 – £33,000 dependent on experience, the successful candidate will also receive an annual salary and performance review, discretionary bonuses, a pension scheme from February 2017, and 28 days holiday entitlement which increases by 1 day per year of service.
